RIDGE PHYSIOTHERAPY & PILATES

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1997 at Brunel University, 

and after gaining a broad foundation in  many areas of the Oxford hospitals,  I specialised in treating musculoskeletal injuries, working in Wycombe Hospital, Marlow Cottage Hospital and GP surgeries.  I  became a Pilates Instructor with the Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute in 2018.  I  regularly attend courses and update/extend my knowledge and skills.

 

Currently I  practice Physiotherapy at my clinic/studio at Bledlow Ridge, where I can see clients individually for Physiotherapy or Pilates, and at ACTIVE VIII in Henley. I teach group Pilates in Stokenchurch as well. 

I also offer a mobile home visit service on request.
